Hi, my name is Karo. 

I am a 800 hr certified Senior YOGA TEACHER, i teach WEEKLY CLASSES in Amsterdam. Plus I am a MENTOR, I have facilitated a few 4 month 100 hr MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS and am launching my own 350 hr TEACHER TRAINING starting end of October. STAY TUNED FOR MORE INFO!

I am super passionate about serving students in the best way I can through mindful movement, strong, challenging classes, tailored to a more advanced/intermediate student, with a focus on my method JIVAMUKTI YOGA.  I teach public classes and workshops at Studio 108 and Yoga Circle , but if you really want to support me please sign up to my own classes i run myself!
