100 hr Yoga Teachers Mentorship Program with Advanced/Senior teacher (800 hr) Karo Tak 

Hello hello! I will be holding another MENTORSHIP PROGRAM! Two time periods so see what works best! 

TIME PERIODS: June to September or August to November! 

I am super excited about sharing over a decade of yoga teaching experience in a small, intimate set up where new teachers like yourself can really learn the trade from a highly trained professional with years of expertise, experience and knowledge. You will be guided to learn how to find your teacher’s voice and how to gain more confidence in front of a group of students and how to be best of service.

• How to get yourself out there and get started as a teacher 
• How to promote yourself and your classes and how to approach/connect with studios 
• Yoga teacher networking 
• Teaching ground rules and ethics 
• Hands on assists and the magic of touch (partner yoga exercises) 
• Sequencing, cueing and designing classes
• Asana Methodology 
• Yoga Politics and Social Activism 
• Myths of the Asanas: Yoga Philosophy the stories behind the asana names 
• Chakra Balancing and Karmic Correlations 
• Student and Teacher Relationships and Ethics

Saturday May 17th: 12 pm: 1 hr INFO SESSION

Saturday June 28th: 3 pm 1 hr INFO SESSION!

TIMES: 

Saturdays: 10 am to 5 pm 

Sundays 10 am to 5 pm

Plus be available for attendance and assistance in classes: 

Tuesday 1930 to 2100 and Saturdays 1630 (or any other classes on schedule)

COST: 1750 euros (payment plan available) 

PLEASE NOTE: You must attend ALL WEEKENDS! Please make sure to have the weekends blocked, no exceptions, as we really need this allocated time together and for you to make the 100 hrs, missed hours need to be made up at another time, which will cost extra! The mentorship consists of 40 hours attendance and assisting in classes.
