100 hr Yoga Teachers Mentorship Program with Advanced/Senior teacher (800 hr) Karo Tak 

Sharing over a decade of yoga teaching experience in a small, intimate set up where new teachers can really learn the trade from a highly trained professional with years of expertise, experience and knowledge. You will be guided to learn how to find your teacher’s voice and how to gain more confidence in front of a group of students and how to be best of service.

• How to get yourself out there and get started as a teacher 
• How to promote yourself and your classes and how to approach/connect with studios 
• Yoga teacher networking 
• Teaching ground rules and ethics 
• Hands on assists and the magic of touch (partner yoga exercises) 
• Sequencing, cueing and designing classes (and then teach each other) 
• Asana Methodology 
• Yoga Politics and Social Activism 
• Myths of the Asanas: Yoga Philosophy the stories behind the asana names 
• Chakra Balancing and Karmic Correlations 
• Student and Teacher Relationships and Ethics

5 weekends- May to July: 

Saturday April 19th 10 am: 1 hr INFO SESSION

May 10th/11th 

May 31/1st of June 

June 21st/22nd

July 5th/6th 

July 19th/20th 

July 26th: Graduation/Celebration 10 to 2 pm 

TIMES: 

Saturdays: 930 am to 330 pm 

Sundays 1030 to 6 pm (includes assisting in class) 

Plus be available for attendance and assistance in classes: 

Tuesday 1930 to 2100 and Sundays 1030 to 12 pm

COST: 1750 euros (payment plan available) 

LOCATION: Karo’s home in West and the classes are held at De Nieuwe Yoga School

PLEASE NOTE: 

You must attend ALL WEEKENDS! Please make sure to have the weekends blocked, no exceptions, as we really need this allocated time together and for you to make the 100 hrs, missed hours need to be made up at another time, which will cost extra! The mentorship consists of 40 hours attendance and assisting in classes.
