Through yoga, mindfulness, healthy diet and Ayurveda practices we want to serve you all and show you how to become an ULTIMATE HUMAN and GO FOR YOUR LIFE! 

5 days full of BODY work (think body strengthening, core-strength work, dynamic yoga, inversions, back-bending and chakra balancing workshops combined with restorative/YIN sessions) And MIND work (meditation, pranayama, journaling, ancient scripture study) PLUS a specially designed menu of wholesome plant-based food, 3 meals a day ands some yummy snacks!

WHAT: 5 days of (re)treating yourself with: 

• DAILY YOGA sessions (dynamic and restorative) 
• MINDFULNESS sessions with Lisa and hikes in the beautiful 🌳 forest 
• Journaling and introspective time
