BRING BRUNO HOME!

Join me to celebrate World Animals Day AND to help me get my new soulmate home from India, this very special class is a  yoga fundraiser for BRUNO! A beautiful “streetie” from Mysore.

The workshop will focus on all the dogs! Dive deeper into the practice of a proper downward and upward dog (and many variations) learn all you didn’t know about the alignment, posture and functional anatomy of the dogs and more! Plus we will have a lot of other fun animal focused asana positions to explore!

Please join us! 90 minute special class and vegan hotdogs from Margo’s after! All proceeds go to Bruno and his journey home!
